Frank Lesniak leads the Microsoft 365 consulting team at West Monroe, specializing in accelerated, secure corporate M&A (integrations and divestitures). By combining proven processes and purpose-built tools (using PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, and others), Frank and his team consistently deliver faster, more secure results than traditionally achievable in an M&A scenario. As a result, Frank's team migrates tens of thousands of Microsoft 365 seats and Intune/Windows Autopilot devices each year.

Frank is active in the tech community—he frequently speaks at conferences and user groups, creates and publishes open-source sysadmin tools, and leads the Chicago PowerShell Users Group. He is also a published author and Vice President of DuPage Animal Friends, a Chicago-area 501(c)3 non-profit that helps fund animal care in the local county open-admission animal shelter.
